Side 5 is CAV, contains a "special collection of stills" and some "scenes replayed for single frame access study". Jacket says "matrixed surround soundtrack" (but no mention of Dolby).

The triptych-sequence on this edition is anamorphic, much like the recent European DVD.

The audio on this disc is definitely the theatrical matrixed Dolby Stereo track (consumer name being Dolby Surround) which, despite being an analog only LD, sounds absolutely fantastic. The opening credits state that the score for this version was recorded in Dolby Stereo. My guess as to why the box only generically mentions a matrixed surround track is because MCA Home Video probably didn’t want to pay the licensing fee to have the Dolby Surround logo on the packaging.
