Alternate English titles are "Harimao" and "The Fast Thief.

The series ran between April 1960 and June 1961 for a total of 65 episodes, was apparently the first Japanese TV series in colour and is based on an old Japanese propaganda film from WWII.

Dialogue is mostly in Japanese with some English.

Volume one contains the first 4 episodes. I also have volumes 2 and 3, which each contain 3 episodes. I'll add these once/if this is approved. As to whether the whole series was released on laserdisc or just these 3 volumes I have no idea.
