Additional Information by laserking (43)   22/11/2023

A very mysterious disc indeed! No publisher name is listed anywhere on the jacket or disc labels, and none appears on-screen. In fact, the only word appearing on the jacket (apart from "DIGITAL AUDIO" and the LASER DISC and CX logos) is "GODZILLA" in very bold typeface, reading vertically from top to bottom on both front and back of the jacket. The mint markings appear to indicate that the disc was made by Kuraray, although they have the suffix "-RI", rather than the "-K" normally seen on Kuraray products. The seller I bought the disc from sold it to me as a Chinese release, so that is how I am submitting it. The unusual Kuraray-type mint markings with the "-RI" suffix are similar to those I have seen on a few other known Chinese releases. However, the strange reference number SQ-006, which appears both on the disc labels and in the mint markings, is quite unlike anything else in my collection.
