Ok, couple of just odd notes. The front cover is just a big "1997" The back lists the title as "Mad Mad 1997". The disc ring lists the name as "Mad Mad 97". I can't find any movie that has this as the title. Then movie starts, and it has the logo for the Shaw Brothers studio and the movie is severely Pan and Scanned. And it looks way older than a movie released in 1992 (as the back cover says). I think its actually the movie "Mad Mad 83" (tt0085531).

Anyway, the transfer isn't good, and the subtitles are cut off like all the time. It looks P&S and zoomed in.
