Rob Steinmetz was a pioneer in using new interactive multimedia technology, producing IBM's first 7 interactive laserdisc training programs between 1985 and 1989. Advancing along with technology, LSS developed proficiency in building computer-based simulations that allow students to acquire information and practice job skills in settings that approximate real-life work environments.
