Came in a neutral cover. Disc has a Philips LaserVision label. Below Philips it is printed with. 90222 813 90011 On the bottom LASERVISION TESTDISC 4822 397 30055 PAL

Must be a very early testdisc. The player throws a P5 error when trying to play it like with some industrial dead sides from DiscoVision discs. Putting it in test mode reveals some a distorted test tone and card.
