Definitely cut and time compressed as it only runs about 110 minutes. Poor quality transfer that is 2.35:1 for the opening credits then becomes 4:3. The back jacket is half back and printed upside down. It has subtitles that I think are Mandarin, making me believe it is a Malaysian release. The front cover is different than any other cover I've seen. No spine or disc ref at all. Just a plain white label with the title. My copy is pretty badly rotted as well, but does play. It's just an oddity...not worth seeking out IMHO.
