The disc appears to have been intended for use in a touch screen kiosk of some sort. All of the dialog, as well as the on-screen graphics, is in Japanese. Features some quite graphic footage of knee joint replacement surgery. Although packaged in a generic 3M jacket, the disc labels display the name and logo of Veritech Corporation Video Productions as the publisher.
