Generic 3M jacket. Laserdisc was aimed at physicians, who would play the program in their waiting rooms. Each side contained a single episode that was formatted to be played in a continuous loop during office hours. Sleeve has a number stamped on it, perhaps the number of the disc pressed. Mine is 47.

Comes with a supplementary insert, titled "Special Reports Preview." This contains a letter (addressed Dear Physician) from the Executive Producer (Keith Bellows) expressing gratitude and summarizing the discs' content. There is also a section titled "Receptionist Resources" with information on organizations related to the topics discussed in each episode, for the benefit of inquiring patients.
