The publisher name is listed as Best-Digital Corporation. However, the style of the artwork appears to indicate Jient Ya Trading Co., Ltd. as the creator. Still though, the disc wrote both Jient Ya Trading Co., Ltd and Best-Digital Corporation on the disc.

However, no idea why the company brought an English karaoke album into this series while this series is actually in Mandarin. The "Top Hits English Songs" title is actually printed on a paper, glued into the cover. On the back of the LD title, in both front and back jacket and also on the disc as well, there is also a writing named "Top Hits Mandarin & Taiwanese Songs Roman Singing Spelling 11". This is a pretty rare LD.

Side A is started directly with song number 1 and so does side B. English lyrics are shown at the bottom of the screen for sing-along. Vocals are only on the analog tracks.
