This is a slightly edited version, and is 2 minutes shorter than the U.S. release [LV12895]. In a direct side-by-side comparison with the U.S. release, I found that this disc is missing footage from several scenes, as follows:

• During the scene in which the vampire Radu comes to Lillian's bedside, footage has been removed showing him pulling back her blouse and exposing her breasts as he drinks from her.
• In three scenes with Lillian chained in Radu's dungeon, only close-up shots of her are shown. The medium and wide-angle shots included in the U.S. release have been deleted. In the missing footage, her torn clothing made her breasts visible.
• During the final showdown, the shots of Stefan chopping off Radu's head with the ax, and the head rolling across the floor have been omitted.
