It is impossible to say for certain where the disc was made due to a total lack of mint markings. However, my best guess would be Kuraray. The width of the inner blank area is the same, and there is a narrow ring which resembles the one normally seen on Kuraray products.

It appears that this disc consists of two episodes of the short-lived TV series edited together to make one feature-length program. The two sides are nearly identical in length, and have distinctly different story lines. There is only one set of opening credits at the beginning of the disc, and one set of closing credits at the end of the disc. There are separate cast and crew listings for "Part I" and "Part II" in the closing credits, but no identification of the titles of the two episodes included.

The feature-length TV movie pilot for the series was released by the same publisher as [LSM-1107].
