Taiwan only release.

Publisher is listed as Ear Cheer/Archer Records Co. Ltd. Short documentary on movie stunt men. The mint markings are highly unusual and totally inconclusive as to the manufacturing plant. They certainly do not appear to have originated at any of the known facilities documented here.
