Publisher is listed as Long Shong. It is impossible to say for certain where the disc was made due to a total lack of mint markings. However, my best guess would be Kuraray. The width of the inner blank area is the same, and there is a narrow ring which resembles the one normally seen on Kuraray products. There are some scenes which have Spanish dialog. These have both Taiwanese and English subtitles. When there is extensive dialog which requires two lines of Taiwanese subtitles, they often cover the English ones, making them almost impossible to read.
