In addition to the name and logo of CIC Video, those of King's Video Ltd. and Universal are also shown on the jacket, and appear on-screen at the beginning of the disc. There is a notation, "Made in Japan", on the back of the jacket. However, the "rings of dashes" in the inner and outer blank areas indicate PDO UK as the manufacturer.
