There is no English name for this laserdisc karaoke album. The name for this album, mentioned on the cover, is "鑽石金曲 9". The publisher name is listed as "Diamond Entertainment Co., Ltd.", but the style of the artwork appears to indicate Jient Ya Trading Co., Ltd.

This LD and the whole series has only Mandarin oldies songs. ("Ruby" is another series for the Taiwanese oldies songs.) There is no brief opening in the chapter 0 of side A, which shows the scenic locations where the videos were shot, like how the other LDs by "Jient Ya Trading Co., Ltd." have. Side A starts directly with song number 1 and so does side B. Each song has Roman Spelling on top of the normal Chinese characters to make it easier for people to read them and sing-along.

Analog tracks contain complete versions of all the songs with guiding vocals for practice. Digital tracks contain only background vocals and music.
