As the title indicates, this karaoke LD is all about Joan Chen, an actress from Taiwan. She is the model in all the videos. But the songs are NOT performed by her. Songs are performed by other artists.

The LD cover mentioned that it took 2 months to finish recording the videos in this karaoke album. Videos are shot in Los Angeles and San Francisco, U.S.A.

Vocals are in the analog channel. The videos have Mandarin subtitles for sing-along. Oddly enough, the LD disc shows that it was made in 1991, while the LD cover shows "November 1992".
