Taiwan only release.

Publisher is listed as Four Mark Distribution. Evidently, this release was mistakenly assigned the same reference number as another by this publisher, "Captive" [FM007]. This is probably a misprint on the jacket. However, since the reference number does not appear on the disc labels, and there are no mint markings to offer a clue, it is impossible to say which one is correct.
