This is a pickup lens dry-type cleaner disc equipped with a nylon-brush attached to side 2 of this 8 inch release. This disc has been released by a company called Tectron. It comes with bilingual instructions. The front of the disc reads: "The cleaning brush can remove dust effectively and the picture and sound will be revived beautifully.". Chapter 2 contains no audio and only no video besides a blue screen (cleaning chapter where the brush is located). Chapter 3 shows a colour bars pattern and chapter 4 a short one-minute video with images of flourishing landscapes accompanied by classical music.
