It is impossible to say for certain where the disc was made due to a total lack of mint markings. However, my best guess would be Kuraray. The width of the inner blank area is the same, and there is a narrow ring which resembles the one normally seen on Kuraray products. The same film was released in the U.S. under the alternate title "There Goes the Neighborhood" as [LV 32680].
