Although no publisher is listed on the jacket or disc labels, the reference number appears to indicate Hollywood Film Entertainment as the publisher. It is impossible to say for certain where the disc was made due to a total lack of mint markings. However, my best guess would be Kuraray. The width of the inner blank area is the same, and there is a narrow ring which resembles the one normally seen on Kuraray products. Jacket wrongly lists running time as 99 minutes.

Mine has the same spine number and lack of mint marks; however my cover does not have any of the Mandarin writing in the upper left or right hand corners.
