Taiwan only release.

The packaging appears at first glance to indicate that this is a U.S. release. The publisher is listed as T.K.T. Entertainment International U.S.A. The back of the jacket states "Manufactured by Pioneer Video Manufacturing Inc. - Made in the U.S.A." However, the presence of Taiwanese subtitles clearly indicates that this is not a U.S. release. Another clue is found in the additional notation "Exclusively distributed by Long Dragon Pictures Co., Ltd. R.O.C." The total lack of mint markings would also seem to cast some doubt on whether the disc was actually pressed at Pioneer USA. The previous owner sold it to me as a Taiwanese release. It is certainly a very mysterious disc indeed.
