Although no publisher is listed on the jacket or disc labels, the reference number appears to indicate Hollywood Film Entertainment as the publisher. It is impossible to say for certain where the disc was manufactured, due to a total absence of mint markings. However, it does not appear to have been made at PDO UK. In the on-screen title sequence, the title appears as "Biohazard II", but is not shown that way on the jacket. The film is sometimes known by the alternate title "Biohazard: The Alien Force"
