This was produced by "Corporate Personnel Communications" and manufactured by Pioneer Video, Inc. The sub-head is "Heritage A history of events, philosophies and personal programs that make IBM unique." The back says:

How to use this disc Insert disc in the PR-7820 Model 3 Videodisc player. When choices are offered on the screen, press on the remote keypad the number of the choice that interests you.

Disc contains narrative/illustrated histories of each of the decade's of IBM's history, an "Electronic Scrapbook" section at the end of each "chapter" (decade) and a quiz section (to be used with the remote control). When stuck in a conventional LaserDisc player, the narrative section plays, but the quizzes are inaccessible, and the scrapbooks shoot by instantly.
