Sides 1-3 feature "Transformers The Movie" in CAV, the rest of the sides feature the "Transformers 2010" (season 3) in CLV.

The movie is bilingual, featuring the English audio in the left audio track (both digital and analog) with the Japanese dub on the right track (digital and analog as well). It's also interesting that this version of the film uses the same transfer as the Hillcrane release but with mono sound. Even though the sound is mono, it does sound significantly better than the 1998 Pioneer release, as this version has the English audio on the digital track and the Pioneer release was analog only.

The remainder of the sides, containing the show, are Japanese only, as the Japanese run of the show was edited from the American version.

The discs come in gatefolds with artwork of the season 3 characters on the front and back covers. The first gatefold (containing the movie) features artwork of the main characters in the movie. This set also includes a booklet and CD. The booklet contains lots of artwork for the movie and toy concepts for the 1986 line-up. The CD features multiple variants of the 2010 theme song as well as some extra audio of the Transformers speaking in Japanese. (I'm not entirely sure if it's an audio drama or character introductions, but very cool nonetheless).
