This disc contains an interesting short feature (just over 6 minutes) with information on Pioneers "technology sponsorship" with Ferrari, would now be called a "technology partner". A Ferrari F1 car is shown running at a test track - no F1 GP race or FOCA footage is shown. Covers the set up of the Pioneer audio equipment used for driver to pit communication & inter team communication at F1 GP race meetings.

TO BE A PIONEER is a 30 second promo/advert "corporate PR video".

The NTSC play side is encoded with the frame numbers only, no time display. The PAL play side is encoded with frame numbers & time display. The PAL side runs for 6 minutes 57 seconds while the NTSC SIDE appears to run for exactly 7 minutes, stopwatch timed.

The title on the cover spine reads only as "Corporate PR Video". This looks to have been a very low number pressing & given a tight limited distribution, most of the discs pressed appear to have been distributed in the UK.
