Film that mixes concert footage (recorded at Budokan, Tokyo on December 12 & 13, 1983) and surreal vignettes of band members interacting with a young boy (Motoyoshi Wada) and a mysterious woman (Anju) at various Japanese locations.

This analog-only version features slightly different packaging than the 1993 digital reissue, but is easy to distinguish by the "PONY VIDEODISC LASER" logo atop its obi strip.

Like the other YMO release featuring a 1983 Budokan performance ([ALLA-91] / [ALLA-9703]), ABC's David Palmer drums on a number of the tracks.
