Omnibus film made for French television featuring 5 short films from prominent directors working under the theme of "Paris as seen by....".

The directors were Werner Herzog, David Lynch, Andrzej Wadja, Luigi Comencini, and Jean Luc-Godard. The only short in English (mostly) is David Lynch's "The Cowboy and the Frenchman". The disc offers only Japanese subtitles for translation on the other films.
