It seems that the first copies mistakenly lacked the theatrical trailer which was added in a later repressing. Can anyone confirm?

My copy suffered from laser-lock at the end of Side 1.

My copy of this pressing is fine - no laser lock and the theatrical trailer is present at Chapter 11 of the supplementary material disc.
