Contains 4-page grayscale booklet with Japanese liner notes (dated June 1986) by journalist Hiro Arishima, and (mostly English) band/production credits, chapter list, and song lyrics. 2-page interior folds open to reveal a map drawing by Hiro Arishima entitled "Spheres of Thrash Metal". Dedicated to "Death Bangers", it lists a number of thrash acts from around the world and rates their "degree of influence", from 1 ("Mastervation") to 5 ("Super Strong").

Also contains a 2-sided grayscale cardstock insert featuring details of 18 Laser Metal Series releases and a mail-in questionnaire postcard.

Recorded live at Hammersmith Odeon in London in June of 1984.
