Japan only release.

The alternate title "Midnight Gambler" is what appears on the jacket, but not in the on-screen titles.

This was obviously packaged to capitalize on Sharon Stone's success with "Basic Instinct" in 1992: although she was not the primary star of this film from 1984, she is pictured no less than 9 times on the jacket (including 3 times on the OBI strip)!
