Analog tracks contain complete versions of the songs with guide vocals for practice. Digital tracks contain only background vocals and music. English lyrics appear at the bottom of the screen for karaoke sing-along. The last four chapters are conventional music video clips, and not karaoke tracks.

Recorded live in Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., June 15th & 16th 1995, except for "The Way I Feel" and "Now and Forever" recorded at Ocean Studios, Los Angeles. Filmed on location in The Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong - May & June 1995.
