This Release is no more likely to be affected by actual Rot as any other title. Rather, side 3 is affected by a manufacturing error. The entire side exhibits dropouts & cross talk. Marginal players may not even start play. AC3 is not affected. Check chapter 62 for lines in the explosions. All copies checked are so far the same. Certainly not good, but watchable clear through to the end of the disc.

Echoing remav's sentiments: I landed two copies, one sealed and one used. Neither are rotted, so I don't think this release is as bad as reported.
