Godzilla vs The Smog Monster takes up side 1 and the beginning of side 2. Monster from a Prehistoric Planet takes up the rest of side 2 and continues to side 3.

With the exception of the opening titles, which are letterboxed, Godzilla vs The Smog Monster appears to be anamorphic widescreen. When left in 4:3 the characters are very squished horizontally, but in 16:9 the look approximately proportionate, if a hair stretched horizontally. The aspect ratio is just shy of 1.77:1, maybe closer to 1.66 ~ 1.70:1. It is still cropped from it's original 2.35:1 aspect ratio, but it looks much better than most pan & scanned releases.

Unfortunately Monster from a Prehistoric Planet is fully pan & scanned.
