The rear cover appears to have several unique variations, which usually involve the information on the bottom-right of the rear jacket.

Some copies have the text in between the ‘CX’ and ‘LaserVision’ logos mentioning information about the digital and analog soundtracks, with nothing above it. Some pressings have the information enclosed inside a white box, with the digital and analog soundtrack information above it (with the ‘Digital Sound’ logo on the left, and ‘Stereo’ to the right of the text), with the text in-between both aforementioned logos, about the ‘Extended Play’ capabilities of this release.

The standard version additionally has several variants, of which read ‘Printed in U.S.A.’ on the bottom-right, one that additionally reads ‘Made in Japan’ on the bottom-left (either just the latter or both), and another (presumably an earlier pressing) that doesn’t have either on the rear. The variant with the information in a white box uses all text variants, except when both are not used on the back.

The rear cover contains a note about the transfer reading:

“Please note: In certain scenes of this film you may notice a shimmering effect called aliasing. This is not a defect. In fact, it is indicative of the extreme clarity and detail of the image which in some widescreen film transfers exceeds the capability of the video monitor. If you would prefer, it can be diminished by decreasing the sharpness on your monitor.“

Although most copies of this release have this on the back, some copies (likely original pressings) have this absent, which also share a characteristic of having no ‘Printed in U.S.A.’ or ‘Made in Japan’ notice on the rear.

Originally pressed by Pioneer USA in 1989, this was later repressed in the early-to-mid 90’s by Mitsubishi (hence why some copies have a ‘Made in Japan’ notice on the back). These pressings use a slightly different label design, having the ‘CBS/FOX Video’ and ‘Special Wide Screen Edition’ logos next to each other on the top of the label, with the ‘LaserVision’ logo replaced with the newer ‘LaserDisc’ logo.

The release using the white box on the rear was released on 1990-01-06, with the Mitsubishi pressing being issued on 1992-12-13; this edition was repressed several times throughout the early-to-mid 90’s, before the AC3 version [0414885] was released. The copyright registered for ‘CBS/FOX Video’ on the disc labels were in ‘1992’, meaning the release date of the Mitsubishi pressing is a match.
