Also comes with a black and white two-sided insert. One side is Masanori Ito's tribute to 'EXTREME'. He states (translated from Japanese), "EXTREME who were first recognized by Japanese fans in the world, have finally received the recognition they deserve in their home country." The tracks of the disc are listed on this side as well.

The reverse of this insert contains the song lyrics of the six songs on this laserdisc. The laserdisc also contains an 'introduction' creating a total of seven chapters to this videodisc.
