Included a sheet detailing other AC-3 releases on LD, along with a description of AC-3 surround. Note that the jacket indicates that the discs are made in Japan, but the disks them selves are clearly made in USA.

It seems that this disc was first manufactured by Pioneer Japan, and then later manufactured by Pioneer USA. The Pioneer USA version's jacket was not updated in any way.

On the Dolby Surround AC-3 Digital soundtrack, the Deep Note during the THX LaserDisc Broadway logo is in the key of D (just like in the original theatrical version of the logo).

Also included in my copy (US pressing) is an advertisement sheet for LaserNews. All covers of the pictured magazines are from 1995.

About the gatefold sleeve: my US pressed disc's sleeve has both sides open, whereas my Japanese pressed disc is in the "second" side of the sleeve and the "first" side is glued shut.
