On the disc labels, the reference number is shown as simply 1173. However, on the jacket spine, it appears as LSM-1173. This suggests that Taiwan Lasersoft Corp. is the publisher, although their name and logo do not appear anywhere on the jacket or disc labels. It is impossible to say for certain where the disc was made, due to a total lack of mint markings. However, my best guess would be Kuraray. The width of the inner blank area is the same, and there is a narrow ring which resembles the one normally seen on Kuraray products.
