Taiwan only release.

Publisher is shown on-screen as Macany/Loca Enterprise. The mint markings are highly unusual and totally inconclusive as to the manufacturing plant. It certainly does not appear to have come from any of the known facilities documented here. In the on-screen title sequence, the title is shown as a single word, "Nightfall". However, the jacket and disc labels show two words, "Night Fall". Although IMDb lists this title as a 1999 release, the on-screen copyright lists 1995. Jacket wrongly lists running time as 94 minutes.
