The ISBN seems to apply to the Annotated Teacher's Guide.

Abstract:

This module is designed to introduce evolution in biology and earth science to students in grades 9 to 12. A videodisc contains photographs and movies focusing on interrelationships between biological evolution and the physical evolution of the planet. Still and motion sequences accompanying questions are designed to stimulate students to formulate inferences and hypotheses. The student's guides include a biology book and a earth science book. The guides provide inquiry based and hands-on activities and open ended questions for discussion. The teacher's guide provides teaching strategies, suggested answers to student's guides, and a videodisc storyboard for presentation. A supplementary software program (MediaMax), which can be purchased separately, allows teachers to arrange custom lists of movies and images.
