The same title was also released by this publisher with totally different jacket art and an apparently incorrect reference number as [LY9429]. I have copies of both of them in my collection, and the disc contents is the same on the two releases.

It is impossible to say for certain where the disc was made due to a total lack of mint markings. However, my best guess would be Kuraray. The width of the inner blank area is the same, and there is a narrow ring which resembles the one normally seen on Kuraray products. Jacket wrongly lists running time as 89 minutes. The same film was released in the U.S. under the alternate title "Bad Blood" as [LD 60186].
