Each of the 12 titles in this collection were originally issued in "Collectors Editions" box sets. Box included the disc, with a hand signed label and unique number, disc jacket with gold leaf printing and color coordinated with a hardbound book which is also hand signed by the artist with a matching number. Each of these sets was limited to 100 units.

The images here are of a generic white jacket with black printing. The disc labels have the artist name written in black ink (not signed by the artist) and have a number of "X". It is unknown how many of each title in this format were issued.

The programs were made for PBS between 1980 and 1982.
