There are 24 Mandarin songs and 4 Taiwanese songs in this album. The Taiwanese songs are the last 4 songs of side B. Each songs comes with Roman Spelling on top of the normal Chinese characters. On the front and back cover of the jacket, the disc title is wrongly shown as "Top Hits Mandarin & Taiwanese Songs Roman Singing Spelling 7", but I found it to be true. The other volumes were written like this.

Side A begins with a brief chapter, numbered 0, naming the scenic locations where the videos were shot. Analog tracks contain complete versions of all the songs with guiding vocals for practice. Digital tracks contain only background vocals and music.
