The back of the jacket lists the publisher as ERA International Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan. This disc features the program's original English soundtrack on the digital channels, and a dubbed Taiwanese track on the analog channels. Nothing resembling a reference number appears anywhere on the jacket or disc labels.
