 Additional Information by tpgb12 (13)   05/05/2014

This is an RLV (Recordable LaserVision) disc. The recordable side has a red-colored surface. The program on the recorded side talks about the 73 Tremont area in Boston, MA. The disc makes an extensive use of still frames, but there are no picture stop codes, at all (This may have possibly been designed to be used with computer control at a museum or some other kind of kiosk). The dead side has an interesting mastering flaw where during frames 9124-9154, the screen shakes up and down constantly. The recordable side has no mint marks, but the dead side does have hand-scratched mint marks.
