This disc is part of the LD-COM series. The disc was released to Pioneer staff members with information regarding new Pioneer products and introducing the various Pioneer plants across Japan and the world.

This CAV encoded disc features both English and Japanese audio. The following chapters are to be found on this disc:

• Chapter 1: Introduction of the Pioneer sales office in Kochi on Shikoku Island.
• Chapter 2: Training of basic technical lessons as well as business manners for 500 freshmen in technical fields.
• Chapter 3: SHOW ROOM introducing a new satellite cruising system as well as a DAT recorder.
• Chapter 4: Introducing a Pioneer employee giving voluntary Kendo lessons to youngsters.
