There is no real information about this album, not even details of the laserdisc publisher. The name of publisher is only written as "Amelia Broadcasting Video Co., Ltd." Side A starts directly with song number 1 and so does side B.

Looking at the songs on this karaoke LD, this LD album was probably released in 1993 or maybe 1994. On the front cover, there is an original sticker which has BLM writing and a small subtitle underneath the main title with "Top Hits Mandarin Songs Roman Singing Spelling."

Each song has Roman Spelling on top of the normal Chinese characters, centered song lyrics, and a 5-second white-ball countdown before the singing starts. Some of these videos have been uploaded to YouTube.
