This is a slightly edited version, and is shorter than the U.S., Japanese, and Hong Kong releases. It appears to have been made from a poor quality Hong Kong print of the film. The subtitles vibrate up and down at times, and are rather distracting.

In a direct side-by-side comparison with the Hong Kong release [ERA-61-95], I found that this Singapore release is about 6 minutes shorter, and is time-compressed, which accounts for most of the difference in running time. However, a small amount of footage has been removed from one scene, apparently due to the graphic nature of the violence. During the scene in which Marek kills the Skinhead, there is a cut right after Marek turns and slashes the Skinhead's throat. You only see the closeup of the Skinhead's face with blood starting to come out of his throat. Then the cut occurs, and you see Marek looking down, laughing maniacally, and saying, "Now THAT's funny!" The missing footage includes the Skinhead's eyes rolling up and his head starting to tip backward, Marek looking directly at him, and then the Skinhead's severed head falling off, and the other Outsiders backing away as his body falls to the ground. All of this footage is included on the Hong Kong release.
