There are 24 Mandarin songs and 4 Taiwanese songs in this album. The Taiwanese songs are located in the last 2 songs of each sides. Each songs comes with Roman Spelling on top of the normal Chinese characters.

Jacket wrongly lists running time as 115 minutes. Side A begins with a brief chapter, numbered 0, naming the scenic locations where the videos were shot. Analog tracks contain complete versions of all the songs with guiding vocals for practice. Digital tracks contain only background vocals and music.
