Taiwan only NTSC release. A slightly longer PAL version was released in France as [061703].

Includes theatrical trailers for "The Darkening" and "Broken Reality" at the beginning of side one. Total running time including these trailers is 87 minutes. It is impossible to say for certain where the disc was made due to a total lack of mint markings. However, my best guess would be Kuraray. The width of the inner blank area is the same, and there is a narrow ring which resembles the one normally seen on Kuraray products.
